Refund policy
The CreaBoost™ return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website, CreaBoostCreatine.com. CreaBoost wants its customers to be 100% satisfied with their order. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with any product purchased, we are happy to refund your money, offer an exchange, or provide a store credit. To process a return, please reach out to our customer service team through our Contact page. Please specify if you are requesting a refund, an exchange, or a store credit. A member of the Customer Service Team will respond within 24–48 hours. Please note that Customer Service hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time, Monday–Friday. Messages received over the weekend or on a federal holiday will be addressed the following business day.
A request for return or exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. CreaBoost will accept back unopened product within 45 days of purchase for store credit to be used toward a future purchase. All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Do not discard the container, as we may ask you to return the product. If we do require the product to be returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. CreaBoost is not responsible for the time it takes for the product to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or damaged during transit.
CreaBoost offers a money-back guarantee within 30 days for purchases made through our website. Purchases made from an authorized third-party retailer or website other than CreaBoostCreatine.com will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you purchased a product from a CreaBoost authorized retailer and are dissatisfied for any reason, contact the CreaBoost Customer Service Team for support. Proof of purchase must be provided so our team can provide the best possible assistance.
