Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Trade Show Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Giveaway Period
The CreaBoost Trade Show Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on 9/24 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on 9/27.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, representatives, and immediate family members of CreaBoost LLC and its affiliated companies are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter
To enter, scan the QR code displayed at a participating CreaBoost trade show and complete the online entry form.
Limit one entry per person during the giveaway period. No purchase or payment is required.
Incomplete, automated, duplicate, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
4. Prize
One winner will receive a three-month supply of CreaBoost creatine monohydrate.
The prize includes 3 100 Serving CreaBoost Creatine Monohydrate products and has an approximate retail value of $105. Product flavor and format will be selected by customer after winning the giveaway.
The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. CreaBoost may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries each day during the giveaway period at 9PM CST.
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided with the entry. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond on time, or is otherwise ineligible, another winner may be selected.
The winner may be required to confirm eligibility and sign a prize acceptance and release form before receiving the prize.
6. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Taxes and Expenses
CreaBoost will cover standard shipping of the prize. The winner is responsible for any taxes or other expenses associated with accepting or using the prize.
8. Privacy
Information submitted through the entry form will be handled according to the CreaBoost Privacy Policy. Agreeing to receive promotional emails or text messages is not required to enter or win.
9. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to CreaBoost’s decisions regarding the giveaway.
CreaBoost may disqualify anyone who attempts to interfere with the entry process or unfairly influence the giveaway. CreaBoost may suspend, modify, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent it from being conducted fairly.
By accepting the prize, the winner releases CreaBoost LLC and its affiliates from claims arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
